We've got your training covered this year with a brand new program straight from our Official Run Partner, Reno Running Company!

They've put together a 16-week training plan to get you ready to Run. Rock. Recover. at Rock Tahoe! The plan is available to download for FREE and is perfect for beginner and intermediate runners. They also have a video series that will help give you a strong core, improve your running form, and reduce the risk of injury.

If you're in the Reno area, join us at Reno Running Company next Thursday, March 5 at 6pm for a kick-off party! Plus, check out their complimentary weekly runs to meet and train with other runners.
